Zoning
A substantial portion of my law practice relates to land rights and zoning, and I find that in our fast-paced, internet-driven society it’s so important to not forget the human side of these legal processes. When it comes to rezoning a property, let’s talk to the neighbors, let’s hear the story of the property, and be considerate to each other as we build and develop our communities.
– Andrea P. Gray

Because of this she has a thorough understanding that allows her to successfully navigate clients through the application and public hearing processes to obtain the required approvals, whether the project is big or small.
She has rezoned properties for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Every Detail Accounted For
From property deeds to applications, and site plans to city council meetings, Andrea is well versed in every facet of the zoning process. With her extensive experience in local government and environmental permitting she’s able to handle every additional request for information a city or county committee may ask for.

YMCA, Monroe, GA. After originally submitting the request to rezone in September of 2022, the construction of the YMCA in Monroe began in 2024. The Y plans to open to the public in the spring of 2025.

Stone Creek, Monroe, GA. With the skyrocketing demand for homes, it’s a privilege to get to be part of the zoning process of new subdivisions and housing developments.

Dial Farms, Walnut Grove, GA. A housing community Andrea worked on uniquely zoned to include a shopping center, which aims to foster a healthy community with its walkable access to local small shops.
