About Us
Andrea P. Gray
Andrea P. Gray spent her formative years on a small family farm in Walton County, Georgia where she rode horses, bottle fed cows, trained pigs, raised dogs, and gained a deep appreciation for nature and hard work.
She graduated second in her class at George Walton Academy and went on to Emory University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in just three years. She continued her education at the University of Georgia and in 2005 received a Juris Doctorate and license to practice law.
During law school, Mrs. Gray clerked with the Walton County attorney’s office, successfully balancing a full course load and a part-time (sometimes full-time) job. Andrea applied her life lessons about hard work and determination to her law practice, joining a local law firm in Covington, GA following graduation, where she learned the art of local government and permitting law.
In 2015, she leveraged her decade of legal experience to launch her own law firm in her hometown of Monroe, Georgia. Over the past 20+ years Mrs. Gray has provided legal, protection management, and consulting services relating to local government matters, environmental permitting, and estate planning.

Today Andrea lives with her husband and two children in Monroe, Georgia. She enjoys being an attorney by day and a volleyball/tennis/band mom by night. She spends much time investing back into her community of Monroe, serving with the City of Monroe Downtown Development Authority as Director/Secretary, with the McDaniel-Tichenor House as Chairman of the Board, and as a Girl Scouts co-troop leader.

Kaye Pickens
Kaye Pickens serves as the Executive Assistant for Andrea, and Office Manager for the office. Kaye attended community college before marrying her sweetheart Al. She and Al built a thriving printing business together, where she was the Chief Financial Officer. After retiring from the company, she worked at a screen printing and embroidery company, where she served as Office Manager. Kaye is a great addition to the team, bringing her strong work ethic, organizational skills, positive attitude, generosity, and focused attention to clients’ needs with her.
Kaye has lived in Monroe for over 30 years and enjoys being a part of the community here. Some of her interests include pickleball, tennis, outdoor activities, cooking, and she is a former marathon adventure runner. When not working Kaye enjoys spending time with her family, which include her daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren, extended family, and dog, Sugar.
Jessica Penner
Jessica Penner is our Administrative Assistant, taking care of calls, emails, paperwork, and running social media. As a life-long learner Jessica has studied business, online marketing, and social media through seminars and courses from the age of 18. She gives a fresh perspective to our online presence, ensuring our pages are up-to-date and relevant, so people know who we are and how we could serve them.
Jessica lives in Monroe with her husband Cliff where she enjoys life in the country, healthy living, gardening, and serving with her church’s production team.
