Andrea has 20+ years of experience in estate planning, representing local governments, environmental permitting, zoning, and real estate matters.

                    Her legal counsel has helped bring to bear multiple billion-dollar economic development projects in Georgia, including some of the largest to date – two Facebook Data Centers and Rivian.

Andrea has been instrumental in bringing to pass the development of:
Stanton Springs Business Park of the JDA, at the corner of Jasper, Newton, Madison, and Walton Counties.
